As an APP you will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. You will make an impact in leading quality and evidence-based care initiatives that will result in achieving optimal patient outcomes. In this role, you will help co-manage the 65 and older geriatric population with more complex care.

Nurse Practitioner -Adult Geriatric Certification Strongly Preferred
Shift:
Full Time Monday-Friday
Experience:
2 years Nurse Practitioner experience is preferred in primary or family care.
Minimum of 2 years of Nursing experience in acute care is preferred.
Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner is required.
MSN Required for NPs
Adult Geriatric Certification Strongly Preferred
Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Require ACLS certification.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
