The Medicare team is responsible for servicing Medicare members including Med Supp). Total Duals / D-SNP (Dual Special Need Plans. The Supervisor will report to the department Manager.

**Your Role

**Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for routine operations and people management functions
  • Foster a great place to work communicating clear roles and responsibilities and building successful working relationships across the organization
  • Consult and make recommendations to management on operational issues
  • Use concepts and abilities to manage processes and operations, including procedural changes, inventories, and workload management
  • Provide regular coaching to each team member, including audit feedback, corrective actions, and performance improvement
  • Perform routine quality audits for each team member to help improve the overall quality experience
  • Manage onboarding of new team members
  • Complete administrative tasks such as updating timecards, schedule updates, etc.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS
Your Knowledge and Experience**- Requires working 50% in-office and live within a 50 mile radius from Lodi, CA

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience operating in a lead role or equivalent leadership training or manager training
  • Understands basic supervisory/ management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
  • Typically, requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
  • Medicare experience preferred
  • Experience supervising a remote team preferred
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in managing and engaging a remote team
  • Strong internet service required, to include at least 16 megabytes per second download and most importantly 5 megabytes per second upload Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
