ABOUT THE ROLE


Power Factors is seeking a Data Analyst in the Customer Success department to complete our CS Operations (CS Ops) team.

As a member of CS Ops and reporting to the Director, Customer Success Operations, you will be part of a close-knit global group that equips our Customer Success team with the data and tools they need to scale and to deliver value efficiently and effectively to our customers.

This role benefits from strong statistical/data analytics and scripting capabilities, blended with curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.

The data analyst is the expert in all things data for our small team, leading on best practice, data hygiene, and clean data architecture.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Ensure that our data, including key performance indicators and health scores, is clean, valid, and statistically significant.
  • Engage with the team in processes and best practices, including QA testing.
  • Identify, propose, and actively participate in process improvement and other projects as required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • University degree or the equivalent in data analysis, data science, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with a variety of data types and tools, including timeseries data
  • A solid foundation in data analysis languages, such as SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.
  • High degree of accountability, execution, and planning to drive ontime deliverables.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a broad range of team members and stakeholders.
