**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support and possess excellent organizational and clerical skills.

**Responsibilities:**

Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from case inception to resolution

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information

Prepare exhibits for trial and assist during court proceedings

Perform data entry, proofreading, and transcribing duties as needed

**Qualifications:**

At least 8+ years, Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience

Proven experience working as a Personal Injury Paralegal

Proficiency in document management systems such as Neos and SmartAdvocate

Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of legal drafting and procedures in personal injury cases
