a private provider in senior care near Gelsenkirchen, we are looking for a nursing service manager (m/f/d) as part of our recruitment services. For you as an applicant (m/f/d), the placement is of course free of charge.

Your responsibilities as a nursing service manager:

Responsibility for ensuring and further developing modern nursing standards
Active participation in processes and procedures
Professional guidance, training and motivating leadership of the team
Efficient creation of work schedules
Planning, implementation and optimization of work processes
Close communication and relationship building with residents, family members, caregivers and volunteers
