What to expect

  • As a contact person for real estate financing, you will manage, monitor, and control funds and direct financing.
  • You will also be responsible for continuously optimizing and ensuring the quality of reporting, as well as other administrative tasks.
  • You will support sustainability topics and act as a backup function for the illiquid capital investment department.

What you bring

  • You have a degree in economics or a qualification as a bank clerk, financial accountant, or a comparable education.
  • You have several years of experience in real estate financing, ideally in the financial or insurance sector.
  • You have extensive knowledge of the capital market, especially in the area of funds and direct financing.
  • You have an analytical, responsible, and structured way of working, as well as being a team player.
  • Ideally, you have IT skills in SAP S4 Hanna/CML.
