Position Summary
To ensure and maintain a high level of Member satisfaction through food & beverage service while maintaining cost efficiency and achieving revenue goals.
Specific Duties
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storeroom, main bar and 19th hole bar.
- Ensure all food and beverage gets charged to proper member accounts.
- To ensure responsible beverage service while adhering to all laws related to the beverage operation.
- Assist in set up and service of private functions and special Member events.
- Assist management in monthly inventory.
- Handles food and beverage complaints from Members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Works with accounting department to ensure all record keeping procedures are consistently followed.
- Check in and approve all beverage deliveries to ensure accuracy.
- Assume other tasks and responsibilities as directed.
About the Club
Rockland Country Club is a private, member-owned family oriented Club, incorporated in 1906. RCC's members enjoy a championship 150 acre 18 hole golf course. RCC also has a swimming pool and two Har-Tru Tennis Courts.
The Clubhouse includes Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, Conference Room, Grill Room, Garden Room, 19th Hole and a Main Dining Room where private functions and Club events are held.

Compensation
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This is currently a part time position with potential to become full time with benefits (Health insurance, dental, 401k, year end bonus).
