    Job Description

    Adecco Staffing is collaborating with a top-tier manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH that is seeking to add CNC Grind Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This opportunity offers a temporary-to-permanent transition.

    Pay Rate:
    • 1st Shift: $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
    • 2nd Shift: $27.60 per hour (based on experience)
    • 3rd Shift: $27.60 per hour (based on experience)
    Schedule:
    • 1st Shift: 3:30pm to 2:00am Monday - Friday, with OT available.
    • 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 2:00am Monday - Thursday, with OT available.
    • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am Sunday - Thursday, with OT available.
    Job Summary:

    Working with grind machinery to manufacture components to specific dimensions and characteristics as per quality standards.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Operate grinding machines, including CNC machines, to produce various parts with precision and finish specifications. Follow procedures, verbal instructions, and set-up cards accurately.
    • Set up machinery, add/remove parts, and use measuring instruments like micrometers and verniers.
    • Troubleshoot machinery, maintain records, report issues, and ensure workplace safety.
    • Keep work area clean, move materials as required, and comply with safety regulations.
    Job Skills & Abilities:
    • Interpret product blueprints, follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and report any irregularities.
    • Keep necessary records and handle audited inspections.
    Education and Experience: Physical Requirements:
    • Tasks may include standing, walking, lifting up to 40lbs, and other physical activities.

    Pay Details: $17.55 to $27.60 per hour
