    Description
    Adecco Staffing is working with a Manufacturing company in Peterborough, NH. We are hiring CNC Operators on all shifts. These positions are full time, temp to hire positions.


    Position:
    CNC Operator Shift - Shift Days - Shift Hours 1st Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm2nd Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2am 3rd Sunday-Thursday 11:30pm-7am (paid for 8)

    Pay: 1st $17.50-$252nd $19.55-$27.603rd$19.55-$27.60

    Job Summary:

    Operates grind machinery or utilizes equipment to produce components to specified dimensions and characteristics according to quality standardsRoles & Responsibilities:Operate 2 required CNC machines to produce a diversified range of parts on short or long run work, and exacting finish specifications.

    Follow established procedures, verbal instructions, and information obtained from set-up cards and layout sheets (certified process or engineered cycles) to ensure parts are manufactured as ordered.

    In process readings to ensure adherence to toleranceSet up machinery or equipment to perform job tasks, including adding or removing parts, to create the correct tool to manufacture the parts in accordance with the Shop Order.

    Use micrometers, verniers, optical comparator, microscope, and a variety of fixed and adjustable gauges to set-up equipment and check work.

    Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, maintain required records, detect and report unusual conditions to assigned leader.
    Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.

    Move materials, parts, and containers, as required, to complete job dutiesPrevious Applicable Skills & ExperienceRead and understand product blueprint/specification sheets from engineering departmentRead, reference and interpret written and verbal instructions; always following established standard proceduresMaintain established production levels and quality standardsRecognize and report any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship.

    Maintain necessary records; work is subject to audited inspection.


    Required Qualifications:
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or related experience

    Physical Requirements:

    Pay Details:
