    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for maternal health and providing exceptional care to expectant mothers during the labor and delivery process.


    Duties:

    • Monitor the progress of labor
    • Assist with pain management techniques
    • Administer medications
    • Perform physical examinations
    • Monitor vital signs of mother and baby
    • Assist with medical imaging procedures such as CT scans
    • Provide support and education to new mothers
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

    Requirements:

    • Valid RN license
    • Previous experience in labor and delivery or a related field preferred
    • Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
    • Ability to perform IV insertions and gastric lavage
    • Understanding of sterile processing techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
