About Us:

We seek a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join The Gunderson Agency LLC with American Family Insurance in Beaver Dam, WI.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our agency, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and professionalism.

You will be responsible for providing support to our customers, handling inquiries, processing policies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Process insurance policies, endorsements, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized and tidy office spaces, including reception area and filing systems.
Independently manage tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines effectively.
Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell insurance products to new and existing clients.
Schedule customer meetings with our sales representatives to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and changes to coverage.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.
Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Dependable and punctual, able to be present in the office during regular business hours.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty License) or willingness to obtain one.
