Title- Sterile Processing Tech

Shift- 7A-3P or 3p-11P(5X8)

Location- Bronx, NY


Duties:


  • Requires a minimum of one year of experience; two years preferred
  • Proficiency in sterile techniques, instrument identification, surgical procedures, and equipment
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of surgical instruments and equipment
  • Follows established protocols for sterilization and disinfection processes
  • Assists in inventory management and restocking of supplies
  • Adheres to safety regulations and infection control practices

Skills:


  • Minimum one year of relevant experience required; two years preferred
  • Proficient in sterile techniques, instrument identification, surgical procedures, and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education:


  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification required
