Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural design, project management, and business development.
Duties:
Manage and lead architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues or concerns
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling project costs
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, designers, and support staff
Skills:
Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Grasshopper, 3ds Max
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques
Understanding of interior design concepts and principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating presentations and visualizations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
Business development skills to identify new opportunities and cultivate client relationships
