    Sr. Manager of Compensation Analytics

    $185,00-$200,000+Bonus+Benefits

    Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a Sr. Manager of Compensation Analytics, developing and shaping the firm's non-partner compensation structure.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-day and workflow of compensation analytics team.
  • Handle all non-partner performance management reporting.
  • Manage all non-partner compensation cycles reporting.
  • Design and implement compensation strategies and programs.
  • Manager compensation budget.
  • Develop and revamp compensation analytics processes.
  • Manage analytics for rankings and rating for performance management.
  • Manage analytics for surveys and survey engagement.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • 4-5+ years of performance management experience.
  • Knowledge of Workday and PeopleSoft.
  • 4-5+ years of compensation administration.
