The Role:


We're on the lookout for experienced and ambitious individuals to join our team as 1099 Business to Business Sales Representatives.

In this role, you have the flexibility to opt for either commission-based or salary compensation, offering the potential for lucrative six-figure incomes.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Gulf Coast region and beyond.
  • Articulating the value proposition of Dirt Rocks' aggregate materials and transportation services to potential clients.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in B2B and direct sales is required.
  • Experience with Aggregate Materials is preferred but not required
  • Strong negotiation skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Selfmotivation and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
