We are currently looking for a

Sales Manager (m/f/d) North (Hamburg, Bremen, Hanover)

Your new role

You lead the field sales team and support and develop contractors and building material retailers in your region
You ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of field sales processes and thus a consistently high-performing field sales organization
You act as the interface to the Sales Manager Field Sales Germany, the Sales Management in Key Account Management, the Sales Manager Inside Sales, and other related processes
As part of the management team, you ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to Roto's growth strategy
