    Junior Project Manager (In Training) for Construction Services (Sacramento) INSURANCE RECONSTRUCTION

    A+ Construction Company in Sacramento seeking Management/Superintendent positions for Projects involving Fire/Water/Structural Reconstruction. Only Candidates interested in INSURANCE RECONSTRUCTION.

    This job entails learning how to properly manage projects for Insurance related repairs (residential and commercial properties.)

    Candidate will be responsible for acting as the company representative, directing crew, assisting homeowners through the whole repair process.

    Help estimate with preliminary work documents-maintain budget and complete projects on time.

    Various job duties included, but not limited to: Prepare for upcoming projects, Ordering Materials, Assisting Site Supervisor, Product Selections for Clients, Manage Subcontractors, Maintaining Project Budgets, Enforcing Schedules with crew and Sub Contractors, Scheduling Inspections with Building Department, Provide Client updates, Obtaining subcontractor Bids, Handle Change orders and Supplements.

    Requirements: Must be ready to learn and train with Project manager, Must have the ability to learn quickly and pick up on details. Willing to train and learn about building and reconstruction within the insurance industry.

    Must have a clean DMV, Must be able to pass a drug test, Must be able to pass a background check.

    This is a great position for new college graduates, an individual willing to learn and grow within the insurance reconstruction industry. You will be helping homeowners with rebuilding their home through a difficult time in their lives. You will be required to meet with clients who have had a fire at their location (home or business). It will be your responsibility to walk them through the reconstruction process and make sure they understand they are in good hands with proper training.

    Location: Area of Coverage is as follows: Sacramento Compensation: $48,000 BASE + Performance Bonus Package - DOE
