    Company Description

    JP TANK, INC. specializes in concrete tank construction, with a focus on anaerobic digester tanks and agricultural waste storage. In addition to waste storage tanks, we also construct a variety of other concrete projects, including feed storage bunkers, foundations for steel digester tanks, 3D concrete flatwork, building foundations, RNG digester tanks, and parking lots.

    90% of our 2024 projects are prevailing wage.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Foreman at JP TANK, INC. located in Fond du Lac, WI. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with concrete tank projects. This includes coordinating with the team, managing the construction process, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Concrete finishing skills
    • Experience in quality control
    • Knowledge of heavy equipment operation
    • Effective communication skills
    • Background in concrete wall construction
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
    • CDL license is a plus
    • OSHA certification is beneficial
