These are the tasks you can look forward to- Processing customer inquiries and complaints from Salesforce / OMD- Coordination of appointments, information and feedback with the customer- Pre- and post-processing of tours in the service area- Keeping statistics and evaluations and carrying out monthly closing tasks- General administrative tasks (procurement, inventory inventories, etc.) as well as support for the team leader- Coordination of cross-departmental requirements (operations, sales, etc.)

These skills set you apart- Commercial education- Customer-oriented, reliable and independent way of working- Knowledge of MS Office- Good knowledge of D365, OMD and Salesforce desirable- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting- Quick comprehension as well as flexibility and resilience
