- Promote the Safety Culture of Agri-Service.
- Attending all safety training both in person and virtual.
- Advocate and exemplify safety and safe working habits using proper safety equipment not limited to hand, face, ear and eye protection. (PPE)
- Follows company safety policies and procedures on the jobsite, promotes safe behavior with our customers.
- Maintains a clean office environment.
- Ensures Service vehicles/industrial vehicles/cranes are inspected as required.
- Ensures equipment under repair is in a zero-energy state after servicing (Lock out Tag Out).
- Handles chemicals in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
- Serves as an active team member of the marketing department in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans that support specific objectives. This would include having a clear understanding of the business objective/desired end-result, and analyzing customer, competitor, and market information to help target and shape marketing programs.
- Executes the tactical and campaign elements of digital marketing efforts, including advertising, social media, marketing automation, web site content, development and maintenance, and tracking/analysis.
- Conducts digital marketing and social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Conducts monthly Digital Marketing Performance meetings for internal business-unit stakeholders.
- Coordinates campaign marketing material development and specifications with designers.
- Writes and edits copy for marketing programs to industry standards, AGCO standards, and Agri-Service guidelines.
- Works with digital ad platforms and vendor partners to manage digital ads, maximize exposure and report results.
- Researches competitors by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, marketing strategy, pricing, and other attributes as identified.
- Achieves organization goals by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Prepares marketing reports and actions by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as requested.
- Monitors budgets by comparing estimated costs and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Works safely at all times. Adheres to all applicable safety policies. Complies with all company policies, procedures and standards.
- Works within and promotes corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing techniques and marketing data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate well with a variety of people and departments.
- Ability to independently set and manage priorities as well as stay organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Aptitude to work as a change agent and implement innovative solutions to related business problems.
- Extensive and proven copywriting and editing skills.
- WordPress or basic web development.
- Ability to travel overnight, as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Consistent attendance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years in digital marketing experience required. Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive industries preferred.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time along with walking, standing, climbing stairs, reaching pushing, pulling, leaning and twisting.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
