    Executive Operations Specialist
    Responsibilities
    Maintain and manage calendars in Outlook, including heavy global coordination of executive travel and itineraries.
    Prepare correspondence internally and externally with senior level contacts inside and outside the company such as vendors, customers, and senior leadership
    Coordinate onsite and offsite executive meetings.
    Organizes, prioritizes, and summarizes the content of incoming materials, specialized projects, special requests, and exception reporting.
    Prepares special or one-time reports, replies to inquiries, and creates, maintains, and update spreadsheets to support reporting
    Receipt and Expense management
    Reporting to Sr. Director, Executive Operations

    Desired Skill Set:
    Excel and/or google spreadsheet knowledge a must
    Concur and Expensify knowledge
    Must be willing to work within a team environment
    Calm under pressure, able to pivot, with strong problem solving skills
    Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work on call
    Expense and refund management
    4+ years of Executive Assistance Experience
