Develop and implement functionally appropriate plans and activities for individuals and groups.

Requirements:
Bachelors level degree from an accredited college or university.
Prior relevant experience and/or coursework in a human service field preferred.

Hourly Rate $19 to $29

Location:
th Place, Bayside, NY Adult Day Habilitation Program

Work schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
