We are hiring Nursing Supervisors to oversee our nursing staff and manage patient care.

The goal is to promote and restore clients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning while at the same time overseeing the performance and quality care provided by our caregivers and/or certified homehealth aides.


Job Responsibilies:


  • Directs, mentors, develops, and schedules staff, including communicating job expectations and providing performance reviews.
  • Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff to implement patient care.
  • Provides physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
  • Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customerservice standards; resolving problems; and identifying system improvements.
  • Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies, procedures, plan of care and assessments.
  • Completes home care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff and following up on work results.
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals, teaching and counseling patients, friends, and family to reinforce their understanding of disease, medications, and selfcare skills.
  • Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests.
  • Perform client visits and conduct assessments on a routined basis.

Education and Licensing Requirements:


  • Registered Nurse (RN), BSN in New Jersey
