Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented individuals with expertise in QuickBooks to join our team as QuickBooks Wizards. As a QuickBooks Wizard, you will manage financial data, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. We want our taxes handed over to the CPA without little to do.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles to maintain accurate financial records
Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial statements
Prepare and review journal entries to record financial transactions
Assist with technical accounting matters, including researching and implementing accounting standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Utilize your 10key typing skills to accurately input financial data
Conduct general ledger accounting tasks, such as preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Requirements:

Proven experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles
Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
Knowledge of governmental accounting regulations and GAAP
Excellent 10key typing skills for accurate data entry
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
