    We are always looking for dedicated and positive individuals who are passionate about health and wellness to join our team Job SummaryThe BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through sales and customer service responsibilities.

    The SA position is a part-time position requiring occasional weekend, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager.

    This position would begin in late June 2024.

    Responsibilities Implement studio sales process including lead generation, management, and conversionCarry out member retention tasks Achieve daily tasks, bookings, and sales quotasParticipate in community events to promote the studioLog member bookingsCreate community at the studio through engagement with members before and after classQualificationsGoal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training salesFluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and emailPassionate about fitnessProfessional, trustworthy, and punctualProficient with computers and studio softwareHigh school degreeSome college preferred Compensation: $ $15.00 per hour WELCOME TO THE BARBODYBAR Pilates is building a community of people who love, respect, encourage, and motivate one another to be strong, healthy, and happy human beings.
