We are looking for a DEPUTY KITCHEN MANAGER (m/f/d) in full-time starting from to join our team at the Senior Park Neukirchen-Vluyn.

As part of our large kitchen, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and cooking of meals suitable for seniors.

In addition, our team serves guests at our adjacent café-restaurant Vier Jahreszeiten. The preparation of individual dishes according to the season regularly offers the opportunity to showcase culinary creativity and flexibility.
In your role as deputy kitchen manager, you will also take on the organizational tasks of our kitchen. You will structure the menu for our residents and put together the menu for our café-restaurant.

Your tasks include:


  • Creating meal plans suitable for seniors

  • Preparing and plating hot and cold dishes for our caférestaurant
  • Safe and efficient operation of common kitchen equipment (large kitchen)
