Requirements:


  • Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documents
  • Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Make independent decisions and advising clients on prelitigation and litigation matters
  • Work with experts
  • Conduct legal research
  • Other projects, as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Motivated with the desire to achieve top level results
  • The ability to work well with a team as well as work well independently

Required Experience for the position:


  • Must have a minimum of 5 plus years of solid experience as a trial attorney

Pay:
$180, $250,000.00 per year
