About the role:


The Human Resources File Clerk is responsible for assisting in all Human Resources administrative functions for SIS employees and management and perform special projects as assigned.

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Maintain electronic HRM personnel files including licensing requirements

Create and Maintain a Lenel Badging System

Perform audits on employee-related files in coordination with other departments

Perform other related duties as required

Have an Associate's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred

Have experience in a general office setting with clerical or related experience

Be detail-oriented

Possess the ability to function in stressful situations

Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required
