We are hiring an experienced UI/UX developer interested in working 10-15 hours a week on a start-up B2B software project for our client.

This may develop into a full-time role depending on the progress of the product.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Qualifications Requirements and skills**- Portfolio of design projects

Knowledge of wireframe tools
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good timemanagement skills
Ability to work with a colocated team; various time zones and different work hours.
Availability for a full team meetings on 1 to 2 Saturdays per month
Missionminded; Focus on driving value for the client

Additional Information

This is a remote position.
This is a part time position, expectations is to 1015 hours to week with occasional weekend work.
U.S. or India locations are preferred
W2 or Freelance
