Job Summary

The Physician Assistant is accountable for providing health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of Physician.
Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Education and/or Experience

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of South Dakota required.
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30 pm, varies with clinical schedule; 80hrs/2wks
