We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Field Sales Representative to manage our Chicago region. This role is crucial for optimizing our market presence and ensuring that our innovative products are well-represented and stocked.


Responsibilities:


  • Travel weekly across the Chicago region, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Manage and report on inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock flow and preventing shortages.
  • Engage in proactive cold calling and outreach to establish new business relationships and expand market presence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all inventory and stock issues.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on market feedback, sales performance, and inventory status to the management team.

Qualifications:


  • Proven sales or account management experience, ideally within the cannabis industry or alternative products industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to manipulate data, do formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
  • Comfortable with technology and software as a solution.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within a constantly changing and growing environment.
  • Selfdriven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with cannabis products and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape preferred.

Compensation:


  • Salary: $50,000 $60,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Commission on new accounts.
  • Opportunities for professional development.

Additional Requirements:


  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Chicago region, primarily by car.

$50, $60,000.00 per year
