Care America is a growing agency that is based in the San Francisco Bay and Irvine Areas.

We strive to be the provider of choice for home and community-based elderly care services by providing them with assistance in the activities of daily living and companionship using a team of Home Care Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants who are caring and resourceful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist with various Marketing and Care Management projects as assigned.
  • Be a team player and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable and confident in speaking with and meeting clients, families, caregivers, and referral resources.
  • Must be willing to drive. Has valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

PREFERRED SKILLS:


  • Experience in marketing, healthcare, or a related field (not required but a plus).
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM)such as WellSky (not required but a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

Pay:
$33,280.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Irvine, CA 92618: Relocate before starting work (required)
