We are currently seeking a
Dispatcher (m/f/d) for our catering events in the Shingletown, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and coordinating the assignments of our temporary staff for events
Communicating with our staff and staffing agencies
Checking in, checking out, and providing support to our staff

Requirements:

An open and communicative personality
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to travel to event locations in the Shingletown, CA area (valid driver's license required)
Previous experience as a dispatcher and/or training as an event manager is a plus
