What can you expect?

You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, functionality, and safety, and will have overall responsibility for the mechanical design of our machines and systems
You will lead our mechanical design department, oversee design projects from various project groups, and review design solutions for plausibility
You will develop a targeted, strategic, and efficient employee structure and be responsible for the further development of structures, processes, and tools to increase efficiency
You will plan and coordinate employees according to the order and schedule situation, as well as plan, support, and assist with new
