At Rebike, we have big goals in mind. We want to actively and sustainably shape e-mobility and offer our customers the perfect solution for every need. In order to achieve our goals together, we are looking for you to join our People & Culture team in Kempten as an HR Manager / HR Administrator (m/f/d) in full-time/permanent position.

You have the unique opportunity to drive Rebike's company growth. You will be an important part of our HR team and responsible for the care of our employees at Rebike Mobility. You will handle the day-to-day operations and gain a comprehensive insight into the entire employee lifecycle.

These are your tasks with us:

  • You will accompany the entire employee lifecycle and advise managers on all personnel-related issues, such as hiring, contract changes, working hours, etc.
  • You will take on administrative and operational HR tasks and contribute to the preparation of payroll accounting
  • You will actively participate in optimizing our processes and ensure that all HR documents are up to date
  • You will independently prepare onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure that our new colleagues have a smooth start at Rebike
  • You will create and optimize personnel-related reports
