    The Felician Sisters of North America are hiring a full-time Finance Associate to work at our administration office, located in Beaver Falls/North Sewickley Twp, PA (north of Pittsburgh). This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid/remote setting after completing the initial onboarding, orientation, and training.

    Summary:

    The Finance Associate assists the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer in risk management, corporate compliance, Sister retirement benefits, and bequests. This position is also responsible for income, property, and sales tax compliance. The Finance Associate handles vehicle insurance claims and vehicle ID cards and requires expedient processing of vehicle additions and deletions. This role would coordinate sister and employee driver training and testing sessions. Additional responsibilities include assisting with aspects of business insurance administration.

    Education and Experience:

    • Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
    • A minimum of five (5) years of related administrative experience is required.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel).
    • Experience with financial or accounting software/databases (e.g. Blackbaud Financial Edge, QuickBooks) is a plus.
    • Proven focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while meeting the demands and deadlines of simultaneous projects and activities.
    • Excellent customer service orientation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
