Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client who is in a private real estate development and management firm with more than 50 years of success in New York and across the country.

The firm has built a national reputation for developing and redeveloping premier properties in prime locations and operating them impeccably.

Accounts Receivable Role:

Process accounts and incoming payments
Perform daytoday financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
Prepare monthly bills, invoices
Bank deposits via check scan
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are

- accounted for and properly posted.

Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Skills:

Commercial real estate knowledge
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
