    Healdsburg Chrysler Dodger Jeep RAM is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales department, ensuring that sales goals are met, and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused environment.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Team Leadership:
      • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
      • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.
    2. Sales Strategy:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    3. Customer Experience:
      • Promote a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
      • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, seeking resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
    4. Sales Operations:
      • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and lead generation.
      • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    5. Sales Training:
      • Organize and conduct sales team training sessions, keeping the team updated on the latest Chevrolet models, features, and industry trends.
      • Ensure compliance with all dealership and industry regulations and standards.
    6. Performance Evaluation:
      • Implement performance metrics, goals, and KPIs for the sales team.
      • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
    7. Inventory Management:
      • Collaborate with the inventory department to maintain an appropriate and attractive vehicle selection.
      • Ensure efficient turnover of inventory and manage vehicle pricing.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of [X] years of experience in automotive sales, with at least [X] years in a management or leadership role.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
