    • Seeking proactive Sales Consultants dedicated to expanding market presence in assigned territories, securing new clients, and nurturing existing relationships.
    • Collaborate within a team-driven environment committed to delivering top-quality buildings with unbeatable warranties.
    • Successful candidates are ambitious, organized, and laser-focused on success, proficiently utilizing technology to oversee projects from inception to completion.
    • Required qualifications include 2 years of sales experience or 5 years in construction management, along with an associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management.
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage sales pipelines effectively, enhance market share, and oversee project stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving is essential, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office.
    • Minimal travel may be necessary.
