    Opportunity:

    Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

    Job Details:


    • Work 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

    • Call required as needed with approximately 1 week's worth of call over a 12-17 week contract

    • Weekend call shifts include 24 hours on Saturday and 24 hours on Sunday in the call rotation

    • Float required in the event of a COVID surge

    • Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted

    • Patient population includes adults and geriatrics

    • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS

    • RCIS/RCES strongly preferred but not required

    • Perform invasive catheterization procedures including balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, and rotablader procedures

    • Handle 25-35 invasive cath procedures per day

    • Perform cardiac interventions and adjunct therapies including CSI-athrectomy, IMPELLA, IABP, ACIST, OCT, LHC, RHC, Swan, IVUS, Angiojet

    • Work with radial/ulnar/femoral access, EP lab devices/ablation, EP study, PV lab-fistula procedures

    • Provide hemodynamic monitoring and conscious sedation

    • Scrub and perform EKG functions

    • Use EPIC-CUPID and XPER Witt for hemodynamic monitoring

    • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences

    • EPIC experience required

    • Must pass EKG exam during compliance with 2 attempts allowed
