We are currently seeking a
Customer Manager (m/f/d) / Personnel Disponent (m/f/d) for our location in
Dresden.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acquiring and managing clients in the nursing and healthcare sector within your own sales territory
Scheduling and dispatching employees for client assignments
Ensuring employee motivation through proactive management
Acting as the main point of contact for your team, handling all personnel and laborrelated matters
Regularly reporting on key performance indicators and implementing measures to achieve goals
Conducting job interviews
Working closely with the recruiting department
Maintaining thorough documentation

We expect the following from you:

Ideally, you have experience in staffing or the healthcare industry as a nurse, caregiver, healthcare professional, medical assistant, or in other healthcare roles
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a communicative and openminded person
You have sales experience, preferably in the HR or medical field
You are reliable and familiar with the language of the medical industry
You are creative in developing sales strategies to acquire new clients
You enjoy presenting our services to clients and convincing them of their value
You are a team player and have a
