Your profile:


  • The professional leadership of the OnSite team at the customer is part of your daily tasks.
  • With your experience, you can independently manage the support of all production/delivery lines at the customer.
  • You work closely with the customers, as you plan work processes and resources in case of disruptions or bottlenecks.
  • You participate in regular and special meetings with the customer, such as Customer Support in OP, and support in the creation of KPIs according to customer requirements.
  • In addition, you support in troubleshooting and assist with difficult repairs.
