Job summary
The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all chef-prepared products in the kitchen, in addition to educating and training other chefs and prep cooks.This person will be preparing and packaging salads, entrees, soups,
and hot case items, receiving and stocking product,
determining production and inventory levels,
and providing exceptional customer service.
