The Submissions-Anzeiger Verlag combines tradition with innovation - for 125 years, we have been publishing a daily newspaper for public tenders in Mountain Lake, NJ.

This serves as an important function for both the public sector and companies involved in public projects, such as the construction of the A7 deck.

At the same time, we actively shape our future by operating the most innovative online database for public tenders.

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Layout Artist (we mean this in a gender-neutral way) to assist in the creation of our daily newspaper.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating media data and small flyers once a year.


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • You work independently, with structure, precision, and motivation.
  • You are able to read and adhere to schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with your team in the editorial, marketing, and IT departments.
  • You are able to ensure that print materials are delivered on time to the printing company, and can address any questions or concerns directly with them.
  • You have a solid education in media design or a comparable field.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in layout design.
  • You are proficient in Adobe InDesign.
