For our client in 84028 Landshut, we are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Assistant to the Operations Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on "Human Resources and Inventory Management" for direct employment.

Responsibilities:

You will support the cinema management in the operational organization of daily cinema operations
You will act as the first point of contact for guests and colleagues
You will be responsible for ensuring that our guidelines and processes are properly implemented in the service
You actively seek out potential for optimization and process improvements
In the area of inventory management, you will independently manage the inventory management system and take care of orders and inventories
You will also create staff schedules, support the operations manager in recruiting measures, and maintain personnel master data

Qualifications:

You are willing to work a 5day week in shift models (including holidays and weekends) that are based on our opening hours
You are a communicative person and enjoy interacting with people
You enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility
You like to get involved and keep a cool head, even when things get stressful
You have completed training or have a comparable qualification, e.g. in service or event management
You also have an eye for detail and atmosphere
