Join our team at "Villa Kunterbunt" in Sonneberg as a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) starting in August 2024. This position is full-time hours per week) and offers a permanent contract.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing education, care, and support to children based on the facility's pedagogical concept.
  • Promoting children's development while considering their individual needs.
  • Documenting children's progress.
  • Communicating and working closely with parents, providing them with guidance and support.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in education, special education, or a related field.
  • Ideally, a qualification in special education.
  • A love for working with children, responsibility, openness, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to play a musical instrument.
  • Proof of first aid training and required vaccinations.
