Our team is looking for:
Service Technician - Printing Systems & Labelers (m/f/d)

Your profile:
You have a completed education in the mechanical-technical field, for example as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or mechanic. You have a solid knowledge of Windows-based software and office applications. Good hardware and software skills, as well as experience in network setup (TCP/IP), set you apart. Your work style is structured, reliable, and independent. You are communicative, a team player, and have a valid driver's license for classes B/BE. Willingness to travel and high problem-solving skills, even in unexpected situations, are not a problem for you. You are willing to participate in further training and development.


Your tasks:

You will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, error diagnosis, and troubleshooting of customer devices, both in-house and directly at the customer's location.

You will independently install and assemble our devices directly at the customer's site. Creating cost estimates is also part of your job. You will carefully document your customer visits. In addition, you will instruct customers on how to use our devices and conduct training sessions.
