Description
We are currently looking for a(n) Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Tübingen, Garden, MI.
Your responsibilities:
- General office tasks, including telephone and written communication with our customers
- Support and execution of relevant business processes (quotation creation, order confirmations, tracking and reporting, invoicing)
- Assistance with administrative processes through document processing, research, and support for management
- Monitoring of incoming payments and potential support in debt collection
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, for example as an office clerk or similar (not mandatory)
- Experience in invoice processing and office organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with strong Excel skills
- High level of independence, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
- Precise and accurate work style
- Quick comprehension and flexible thinking to connect with people and situations
Type of position:
Full-time, part-time
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Weekend work possible
Education:
- Apprenticeship/training (desirable)
