    About the Role:

    I am currently partnering with a top-tier pharmaceutical company in their search for a Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead automation initiatives and contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

    Overview:

    As a Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives within the organization. This position requires expertise in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, offering the chance to lead a talented team of engineers and make a significant impact in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, focusing on PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Oversee the integration of automation systems with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Extensive experience in automation engineering, particularly with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering successful projects.
    • Strong knowledge of automation technologies and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
