- You will work closely with the Quality department, communicating with Engineers is a must, ability to read and follow instructions.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Use pin gauges to check all hole sizes.
- Verify required line widths, spacing and annular ring measurements using a microscope.
- Confirm the material type and thickness meets the blueprint requirements.
- Visually inspect boards using backlight for anomalies and discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of PCB manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of IPC Standards within the scope of Inner Layer and Outer Layer defects
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Sit for long periods.
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Repeat the same movements.
